BOBBI is a Smart Store for Shopify. It is an AI storefront that talks with shoppers, finds the right products, and guides each visitor to your native Shopify checkout. We are a team based in Helsinki, Finland. We build shopping experiences that work for both shoppers and merchants.

Our mission

Great shopping experiences should be available to every merchant. Not just the biggest brands with the biggest budgets. Shoppers should find the right product fast. Merchants should convert more of the visitors they already have.

BOBBI closes that gap. We help shoppers find what they want. We help merchants turn more interest into orders.

What BOBBI does

BOBBI adds a smart, conversational storefront on top of a Shopify store. Here is what it does:

• Runs in parallel with the merchant's existing store.
• Learns the real product catalog automatically.
• Talks with each visitor and learns what they need.
• Recommends the right products and answers questions.
• Sends the shopper to the store's own native Shopify checkout.

There are no theme changes. There is no checkout replacement. The existing store keeps working exactly as it does today. BOBBI simply makes product discovery easier for the people visiting it.

Why we built it

Shoppers expect guided, personal service. The kind a good salesperson gives in a real store. Until recently, only large enterprises could offer that online. It took big engineering and data teams.

Small and mid-sized merchants were left with static catalogs, search boxes, and filters. They lost shoppers who could not find the right product. We built BOBBI to change that. Now any Shopify merchant can switch on guided, conversational shopping.

How BOBBI is different

BOBBI is not a chatbot bolted onto the corner of a page. It is not a static catalog with more filters. And it is not an analytics tool that tells merchants what to fix. BOBBI is the storefront itself:

• Customer-facing — shoppers use it directly.
• Conversational — it asks, listens, and recommends.
• Safe — it runs next to the existing store, not inside it.
• Native — the sale always closes in the store's own Shopify checkout.
