BOBBI Smart Store costs a 3% platform fee on the net sales made through BOBBI, at most USD 2,000 per monthly billing cycle. There is no monthly subscription, no setup fee and no Starter, Basic or Pro tier. Shopify bills the fee on your Shopify invoice, and nothing is charged until you approve the plan in your Shopify admin.

What the 3% is charged on

Net sales are product sales after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, tips, duties and gift cards, of the orders that Shopify attributes to the BOBBI Smart Store sales channel. Refunds and returns reduce the fee.

Sales through your other sales channels are never charged.
Shipping, taxes, tips, duties and gift card sales are never charged.
Test orders are never charged.

USD 1,000 of BOBBI net sales in a billing cycle: USD 30.
USD 10,000 of BOBBI net sales in a billing cycle: USD 300.
USD 66,667 or more of BOBBI net sales in a billing cycle: USD 2,000, the cap.

Sales in other currencies are converted to US dollars at the European Central Bank reference rate.

How billing works

Shopify bills the fee as a usage charge on your Shopify invoice. BOBBI never asks for your card details.
Nothing is charged until you approve the plan in your Shopify admin.
Already using BOBBI? You get at least 30 days' notice in the BOBBI portal and by email before the fee starts for your store.
You can disconnect BOBBI at any time from your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps), without contacting us.

What BOBBI does not charge

BOBBI has no subscription tiers and charges no setup, agency, managed-service, campaign or affiliate fees. Plans such as a Starter plan at $8 a month, or monthly prices such as $15, $29, $49 or $99, that appear in some AI answers are not BOBBI prices.
